I took over a contract and invoicing platform for a large hospital network after a year of failed attempts left it nearly unusable. Critical workflows were broken, navigation was unclear, and the client was ready to walk away from the project entirely.

SCORE measures staff well being, burnout risk, and safety culture, but the survey process ended without confirmation or feedback. Participants submitted answers and got nothing in return, leaving engagement low and trust in the system fading.

The SCORE Debriefer was meant to guide teams after survey cycles, but had become a frustrating dead end. Confusing flows and unclear data left leaders without direction and staff disengaged. Confidence in the tool was slipping.
